In the second episode of the Taiwan leak with the down stop screw this video says it is a botched repair job that's not true it is a botched design job it's the engineers who caused this problem. That a washer is required to hold the bad design.

I used to have a Commercial Driver’s license. Doing a 120 point pre-trip was done before every run. Of both your truck and any and all trailers you haul. It’s the first test in your day long CDL testing at the DMV. If you don’t know that, no need to test you further. No run, flight or any profession with lives on the line is ‘routine’. Even a traffic stop by police is never routine for them. To fall into thinking that you got this therefore no need for rules and regs, you’re that closer to accidents. Ones that cost innocent folks their lives bc of overconfidence in abilities. With flying there are way too many variables to ever get comfy as a pilot. I knew a pilot. He said that they’re are old pilots and bold pilots but no old bold pilots.

Those men and women who died on flight 93, who attempted to take back the plane, are heroes! AS they prevented the highjackers from killing or taking out their intended target. My parents were at Fred Meyer's store in Gresham Oregon with a checker who had received an Emergency text/call from his brother who was on THAT very flight--saying good bye to him, briefly stating they were highjacked, knew about the trade center flights and were attempting to take back the plane. Probably would die. My parents summoned managers to help this young man, who was now visably shaken, in shock, and in disbelief as it was just reported on someone's radio new by that the flight 93 had crashed in Pennsylvannia. Suddenly everyone knew this man's brother was dead, those passengers had prevented a terrorist attack on some building in DC. Everyone was crying at the store, even my parents. They called me later to tell me. I let them know that my Pastor's wife, had a brother whose office was a ground zero at the Pentagon, right where 77 had flown into the building. She thought her brother was dead! She found out four days later--her brother called her--stating he missed the attack by 15 minutes due to a dental emergency with one of his molars! He arrived in time to pull out fellow coworkers who were injured, and to discover his office staff were all killed in the attack!! He was still in shock, at having just missed death by 15 minutes himself! She called me to tell me, "My brother is alive, and I am so grateful for prayers!" The manager of my apartment complex had parents and grandparents that werre supposed to be on one of the flights that hit the World Trade center! She heard her children screaming from the living room, Mom--grandpa and grandma and great grandma and grandpa are dead! They were all in tears and just inconsolable. All of us being Christians, she told me, and I prayed for them. It was approximately 5 days later, when the phone lines were clear enough, that these precious relatives were able to get a call through to the West Coast--to Oregon, to their daughter and the grandkids, that at the last minute, they all decided to stay in New York two more days, and changed their tickets!! They were never on the flight! They were all celebrating that they were alive, yet saddened for all those who died. Lastly, I had missionary friends who were staying just 12 blocks from the World Trade Center that day, and they went with fellow Church members to work at the aid stations. They told me of the horriric event as it unfolded from their perspective, all the smoke, papers and dust in the area, and those in shock, walking injured and those in emotional shock looking for their dead and missing loved ones. It felt like a war zone! I have never forgotten their stories of waiting and pain, of joyful discovery at loved ones alive and loved ones lost. It has stuck in my mind still to this day. It is the most horrible thing I have ever seen live on TV in my entire life. I am now 61 years old. OUR high school reunion was planned for THAT very weekend, with many coming from out of town, flying. IT never took place. IT was the 10th reunion. OUR class has yet to have a reunion to this day because of 9/11.

Passengers claiming Wrong or mismatched parts go to show they still do not comprehend or explained technical issue to them correctly. Neither had public in that case. Rolls failed to mention nor supply revised Hydraulic pump Assembly. Had part been backordered? Assumed so when head mechanic instructed by superior to complete reinstallation rather than wait entire week for parts delivery. No one mentioned if updated schematic listing revisions had been made available to mechanics. Functionally, utilizing part original to engine sent out for repair or off another same model engine worked as expected. Difference between Remotely located bracket assemblies the specific cause In this instance. Should any mechanic have been aware of potential damage caused by Hydraulic lines outer metal protective sleeve? Well there can be many points of contact where vibrations cause chafing to Outer insulation. Automotive Mechanics including Do it yourselfers make sure wires do not lay against Radiator hoses, metal engine block or exhaust system. I can never understand companies who decline to take part in videos like this. They only prove that they are guilty and too arrogant to admit it. But imagine someone from an airline stepping up and clearly stating: "Yes, we admit that NTSB was right. We fucked up big time back then. But we drew conclusions and we have improved in any way we could so that an accident like this could never happen again in our airline."

I just don't understand the logic of air industry. The planes have more than one radio-altimeter, more than one gyroscope and so on. Then why they don't have a set of master switches meant to *COMPLETELY ELIMINATE* faulty instruments from the system based on pilot's decision? Like if you have two radio-altimeters and one is obviously faulty than you throw a simple switch and then *NOT ONE DAMN SYSTEM* in the plane even knows that faulty device even exists. ALl systems basically get fed by data from another device and the problem is solved. If there are three devices this could even be done automatically: one of the devices vastly disagrees with the other two, then the plane assumes that that one device is faulty and eliminates it, informing the pilots of the action taken. How the fuck the pilots are forced to do crazy things like turning the auto throttle off just because one radio-altimeter doesn't work? Why can't they just disable that radio-altimeter and feed the systems with data from the other radio-altimeter instead? Is that really so complicated idea that nobody came up with it?

Not the world's largest unexploded bomb. Not even close. There are three US nuclear weapons unaccounted for, and who knows what number of Soviet weapons, sunken in subs and the like. What? One Mark 15 thermonuclear bomb. Where? Tybee Island, Georgia. When? February 5 1958. How? It was jettisoned to reduce the plane's weight for a safer landing. What? One B43 thermonuclear bomb. Where? The Philippine Sea. When? December 5 1965. How? A bomber plane, pilot and nuclear weapon slipped off the side of a carrier boat, never to be seen again. What? One B28FI thermonuclear bomb, second stage. Where? Thule Air Base, Greenland. When? 22 May 1968. How? A cabin fire forced the crew to eject, leaving the plane to crash with its nuclear payload onboard.
